20 MW Cochran boiler — Dunphy control upgrade
Both burners received new ETC 6000 base units and HMIs, full recommissioning and combustion optimisation at approximately 4% O₂ across the firing range. Safety interlocks and site SCADA control were tested.

Autoflame MM MK8 controls replacement
Intermittent boiler shutdowns were stopping production. AH Control identified a faulty voltage conditioner, fitted the site's spare MM MK8 and fully recommissioned the controls, combustion curve, sensors, fuel flow and O₂ trim. Operational and safety checks were completed, restoring steam supply and full production.
